THAT WAS AN EXPLOSION OF AMAZING FLAVORS!! I just finished eating the El Jibrarito! My daughter who is extremely picky... EXTREMELY!!! She tried it...and her face lit up like she just received a brand new iPhone X with an Apple Watch, and an unlimited iTunes card! ! #IMGREEDYILOVEDIT We are going back..TODAY..they are closed tomorrow! No Shame... !! LOVED IT! please try it... AMAZING!! Great men who run this food truck!!

Food is mouth watering delicious, moderately priced, however, the hours are not consistent. You cannot plan ahead because you will never know if or when it will be open. Make sure you call first before heading over. If it weren't for the inconsistent hours of operation, I would easily give 5 stars.
