This was the best meal I've had in Austin and it isn't even close. The ambience was wonderful, the wait staff's knowledge and passion for the food they were serving was sincere and enjoyable and the food itself was spectacular. I cannot wait to visit this place again.
Wow. I was in Austin for a work event and on our last evening in town I decided to take my team for a celebratory dinner. The restaurant was recommended by a collegue. It was impeccable. I come the NYC/Providence food scene and this place blew me away. Easily top 5 meals I’ve ever had. We ordered multiple orders of nearly 1 of everything on the menu. Each order was consistent, fresh, delicious. The service was attentive amd knowledgable. I very much enjoyed that the service staff “shared” our table. It seemed that each new server who delieved each course did so because they were the most passionate about that course.
The Cacio e Pepe and the Cauliflower were hands down my favorites.
My team does have various dietary restrictions including a gluten intolerance, dairy allergy and tree nut allergy and all of them were well taken care of.
Highly, highly recommended
It's a must try. I don't know if we picked the best items or what, but all of the flavors worked so well together. The chef clearly has a well crystallized and executed vision. The flavor profiles were magical, I can't say I've been this blown away anywhere. We felt like we robbed this place after seeing the check.
