Love the atmosphere and service is in a ballpark of their own. They make you feel like family. The GM, Ken came around to check in on us and had such a wonderful personality. We had also met Suzanne and, wow! Such a sweet soul! They definitely made our experience turn into something unexpected and we loved it! The food was drool worthy and my 6 year old absolutely loved the Mac and cheese. Such a successful visit, we will DEFINITELY be back!

We haven’t been to Bertucci’s in Avon for quite some time and were pleasantly surprised by the courteous waiter Christian who took care of us. Christian was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Our dinner came timely and hot. He was very attentive and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. He recommended the limoncello cake which was delicious. We will be returning and hope to have Christian wait on us again..

This was our first visit to a Bertucci's and we enjoyed it. Had the sporky (sausage, ricotta) pizza, nice thin crust. Wife had chicken + broccoli pasta with a light lemon sauce. Daughter had fettuccine Alfredo, again not a heavy sauce. I had rigitoni with tomato sauce. It was full of onion and tomato pieces. Enough leftovers for lunch. This chain did a great job including top notch service!
