The poboys are the go to meals at this restaurant, reminds me of New Orleans. The beignets are a tasty desert for the entire family to enjoy. The muffaletta is a little smaller then a traditional muffaletta, but still packs an amazing taste. Lastly, the jambalaya is just spicy enough to give you that Louisiana food flavor that is desirable in the DC area.
My favorite Louisiana style restaurant and bar in Maryland or Washington DC. Whether it's celebrating Mardi Gras, enjoying football Sunday's, grabbing weekend breakfast or brunch OR you in the mood for some beignets, alligator bits, half and half po-boys, or etouffee LKBB definitely will not disappoint.
The bayou bar makes the best to shelf hurricanes. Also, turn up with bottomless mimosas during brunch for an extra $14. Give them a try and let me know of your experience was just as awesome as mine.

I liked it. My boyfriend is from Louisiana so he wanted to argue about what color the gravy should be, but I loved it. Great service and great food.
