I thoroughly enjoyed my hamburger at Hungry Hollow. I can say without hesitation that this hidden treasure of a restaurant serves the best, most perfectly cooked french fries in comparison to any other place I've ordered fries at. I don't like fries that are even slightly soggy or oily. My Hungry Hollow fries were plentiful and served with just the right amount of crispness. It's 8:00 AM as I'm writing this and I could eat some Hungry Hollow fries for breakfast!

The place has an old school vibe. Standard breakfast fare. Eggs were cooked perfect and my meal was great. The real kicker is their Belgian Waffles. Those waffles might be the best in Sacramento or near enough. Order the waffles, you won't regret it.

The best cafe/diner I have ever been to. The employees are very friendly and it have a welcoming hospitality that is hard to find. As if the experience couldn't get any better the food was amazing and the waitress/waiter truly waited on your every need. Coffee never ran dry and any request was met shortly thereafter. I cannot stress enough that if you live here or are visiting this place is a must go for breakfast.
