We went for the doll of the year release and had the deluxe birthday party in the bistro. Our waitress, Audrey, was fantastic! Girl deserves a raise and a promotion! This was my daughter's first trip to the store and first time in the bistro, Audrey made it a memory that she will never forget! Thank you for making her 8th birthday awesome, #8isGreat !

I visited the store, salon, and bistro with my daughter for her 11th birthday. We had a wonderful time! The bistro was the best part!! Audrey, our server, was exceptional! She made my daughter feel so special and like she was the only little girl in the place although it was pretty busy. My younger daughter can’t wait to go for her birthday!!

The service at The Bistro was phenomenal—everyone was great, but Audrey was over the top awesomeness!!! We’ve been to the AG Bistro in ATL but Audrey in Charlotte made the experience so special for not only the b-day girl (my 9 year old daughter) but fun and memorable for all 14 of us (girls, boys, and adults alike). Her customer service was seriously top notch as she made everything personalized (remembered names even and was attentive to all). Thanks, Audrey! The women in the store and salon were also helpful and friendly.
