I've been here twice now. They have a lunch buffet for just under $7/person, but the options are lackluster at best. It seems to me that they make one set of food and leave it out under the hot lamps for hours, which of course dries out the food, yet they don't seem too concerned about refilling what was eaten. So, the food that is there is often dry and sparse. Additionally, the waitstaff for lunch seems to be at once skittish and nonchalant, and actually argued with me when I asked for something from the menu, insisting that the same dish that was in the buffet was good enough. (I got the feeling that the kitchen isn't very welcoming with orders at lunchtime).
However, in the evening, they don't have that buffet, and everything is made to order, and here's where this place shines. When the food is fresh, it is well done. The evening waitstaff seems to be more caring and helpful. I highly recommend their Teriyaki Chicken - it is prepared sweeter than most other versions of the dish that I have had so far, and is somewhat reminiscent of the Honey Chicken dishes that are becoming more popular.
In my experiences so far, the waitstaff and cashier have all spoken English, though for some the English is more broken, as is common with Chinese restaurants.
In short: If it's lunch time, make sure to get carry-out; don't sit down. If it's dinner, prepare to have a great meal.
We had supper here. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Our waitress was delightful and polite. The food was absolutely amazing. I had Dragon Phoenix, my wife had orange chicken. Both we were delicious. Plenty of food, so bring your appetite!
best in town!
