This coffee shop and diner rocks! You might not be able to get a seat because it can get very busy, but there are 12 seats at the diner and 3 small tables for 2. It is definitely a family type fuel here with a classic vibe. You can find oldies playing on the two TVs, with classic songs playing in the background. It was like a time machine back into 1980. Many regulars come in and are known by name. Multiple people working there will come and talk to you as well.
Today I tried a bacon date and goat cheese omelette which came with a side of pancakes and hash browns, all for $14. The Omelette was different, with a combination of savory, sweet, and creamy! I highly recommend the spice rub that is on the side, which is very tasty and not too spicy.
It is definitely worth coming back here, just might have to wait or come at a later hour.
Customer Parking is available alongside the restaurant and on street, but beware that the parking lot sign does not indicate that Edgebrook Coffee Shop customers are listed on there.
I recommend the business to make parking recommendations to ease the burden on the customers, but I had no problem parking her for 30 min.
Chris' s final day as owner. He found new owners and will be here for a couple weeks during transition. New owners are planning on keeping things the same. Always have enjoyed my visits over the past 7 years.
Great little place. Owner supports local, nice and friendly. Got a Denver omelet. Fresh cooked to order in front of you. Great breakfast
