Hi, it was second visit to Upstate New York for my and my friends. We we stopped
in Cooperstown for the first time for a quick bite to eat. We went to Sal's Pizzeria of Cooperstown. There were many visitors, it smelled delicious. We ordered several slices of pizza one bun with sausages. Sat down to eat on the veranda. All eas delicious!!!! I rarely praise pizzerias, but this one is really tasty. Some people are put off by the price, but trust me, thirs pizzas are worth it. Restrooms are clean.
I advise all my friends and acquaintances Sal's Pizzeria of Cooperstown. Thanks to its owners for their respect for people.
P.S. photos were taken in a hurry.
My experience was a quick dinner with a meatball & ricotta slice, accompanied by a local amber (beer). Both very enjoyable quality. Staffer kindly offered a taste test of the amber before I ordered it.
Quick, easy. Appropriate condiments and napkins on table. Order at counter; food brought to table. Clean (incl. the restroom). Simple booths with fun little baseball sayings and plaques on the wall.
$15 for a slice, a beer, and a tip. Good dinner for the cost.
Great food. The workers were friendly and the beer was delicious. Definitely stop by when your visiting.
