This place is amazing. Delicious food and home style ambiance with a little upscale twist. Best barbecue around but my favorite is still the crispy Brussels sprouts! You can’t go wrong!

Gilbert’s is amazing!! Sam was our waiter and he was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. You can tell that Sam takes his job seriously and is a hard worker. He was very kind and accommodating. Thanks Sam!

Innovative cuisine with bold flavors and ample portions. The menu is like an encyclopedia of southern cuisine with a gourmet influence. The hot chicken was some of the best I've had and could rival Nashville. The decor was equally impressive. Very chic, yet invoked nostalgic feelings of dining in an old southern dive spot. Overall, I loved it!
