The food and atmosphere at Via Roma are amazing. They want to give you the full experience of fine dining~ unlike any other places in Hot Springs. Depending on how busy they are, it may take a little bit to place your order, or get your food~ but it will be worth the wait! Best steak I have found in town and I have tried most of the fine dining facilities in the area. I have had good service here, I have had fair service, and I have had amazing service, but never bad food. And the food has kept me coming there time and again. Our most recent server the last few times, George, has been awesome! Ask for him! Don't go if you're in a hurry, or on a tight budget for your meal, because some things are pricey, but if you want to have an experience, or a special night out, and amazing food, make time to try this place!
Took my wife to Via Roma tonight. I must say that we chose the PERFECT place to celebrate her birthday. Everything about this place was excellent. The food was amazing as was the service. Our waitress was a blonde haired girl from Romania. She made us feel like we were the only people that mattered. She was very pleasant and checked on us regularly to make sure that there wasn’t anything that we needed, even though the place was packed. She was the perfect waitress. The food was some of the best ever. My filet mignon just melted in my mouth, cooked perfect. The atmosphere was just what you would want in an Italian restaurant from the decor to the Italian music. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We spent 4 days in Hot Springs and dined only at highly recommended places and hands down Via Roma was the best!!!!!!
Loved loved loved! The atmosphere was great. Dim and romantic but laid back. The food!!!! Everything was really perfect, could not have asked for better and our waiter was the best. Entire staff so friendly
