Food was very good. If they forget something on your order they are happy to get it for you and give you extra. Love the order electronic consoles and it was fun hearing singing in the back. Thanks guys!

My husband and I stopped coming here about a year ago or more because we had a hard time with their service, food quality, and cleanliness of the store. Well today, we had a hard time finding somewhere fast but also not too busy on the inside to eat and continue our day. We figured we would try Steak ‘n Shake since it had been awhile, and low and behold they’ve made some upgrades, and a significantly higher health score was present. When we got our food, it was fresh, hot, great staff attitudes. We were overall pleased and will definitely be coming back since these improvements have been made.

I had a Reward for a Free Double Cheeseburger and French Fries for my birthday so I stopped by tonight. I, also, ordered Chili Mac and a Large Dr. Pepper. My App was not cooperating, but Jada worked with me to redeem my Reward. She was very sweet and patient! The food and drink were great! I will definitely return! Thank you!
