Did you know if the regular seasoned crawfish ate to spicy you can have them rinsed?
The crawfish were spicy for all of us even though we got them regular thus the above revelation form the waitress. Still $70 for one five pound and one 3 pound order and a few beers just seems a lot but it is what it is.

Good Bugs! My friend and I stopped in at Crawfish Time for the first time tonight. Walking in the front door, there are two nice, screened-in areas for eating. Continuing on through another door, you find the hostess stand.
We were greeted by a friendly young lady and seated immediately. We were there right at 5pm, and it was a Wednesday night. Both of these probably figured into the lack of a wait for a table. By the time we left at 6:30, nearly every inside table was taken. Within seconds of being seated, another sweet young lady took our drink order and our crawfish order. There are no options for food other than boiled seafood here, except for a kid's meal.
We each got a 5 lb. order of crawfish. My friend asked if they had any levels of spice, but our server told us there was only one and if we wanted "spicy," they sprinkle red pepper on the crawfish. We declined that.
The crawfish were all medium and large. They were nicely spiced but if you're looking for heat, this isn't the place for you. We both noticed that the spice blend seemed saltier than most other places we've been, but that isn't a bad thing. It wasn't overwhelmingly salty or anything.
Rather than a server bringing condiments to your table, you go to a station that has everything you need to whip up your perfect dip. There are also 2 sinks for washing up afterward. The restaurant is decorated with lots of deer heads, and old school country music was cranking the entire time we were there.
All in all, this is a great place to satisfy your mud bug envie. Give it a try!
