First time eating at this establishment.
A busy Tuesday evening, but we were seated right away. Our server, Wesley, was very attentive and took great care of us.
Started with hot crab and cheese dip. WOW! My mouth filled with such great flavors. This dish is worth ordering.
Followed up with an entree of mussels and salad. The mussels were cooked in white wine and garlic sauce. This is a very generous portion of mussels and I ate every last one. It was that good. Fresh seafood is something we don't get when we are in our home state. My husband ordered the bourbon glazed salmon.i snagged a taste and it was cooked perfectly. The flavor of the glaze was delicious. Will plan to return on our next visit to this area.
I've never had a bad experience at Pinchers, and I've eaten here at least a dozen times. I had not been here since before the pandemic though, and prices are much higher now than I last remember, as is true mostly everywhere. Only ordered appetizers and a dessert for 2 during happy hour, and the bill was about 60 bucks without any entrees. The fried key lime pie is definitely something to try at least once. It doesn't resemble a slice of pie - basically it looks like fried ice cream but has that creamy sweet and tart flavor that you love.
Wonderful food and service! My husband had snow crab and I had the shrimp scampi. The crab was perfectly cooked and so tender! Absolutely recommend!
