I obviously cannot speak for others, but without considering the amount of customers this place serves in the morning, I salute them for their dedication to quality service. Honestly, their workers seem happy to serve. My drinks are served better than any surrounding Starbucks, and the fact that the AM manager is actively "digging in the trenches" time and time again shows me a positive atmosphere. This is my preferred Starbucks. They are busy, but have mastered, and continue to advance their procedure for delivery quality service. They sit well above the mentioned 3.5 I see now. I've been here a hundred times and I always walk out smiling. Thank you for that. You help kickstart my day with positivity that can otherwise be difficult to find in this cold world, at least from strangers. I'll see you again next time, -long term patron of the best Starbucks in times square

The girl at front desk was super sweet. She greeted me very nicely and took my order . I was here for like 1+ hr doing some phone calls and she made sure that I was comfortable enough while I was there. One of good starbucks I have ever been!

Such a uplifting experience. Eli who took our order actually was fun, friendly and laughed. This is New York. Eli really made a difference. Thank you Eli.
