After walking through all of Chinatown (had to be over 20 blocks), we were searching for a pub & came upon this place. Everybody was so friendly. The food was delicious,; the nachos were huge, side salad was a full meal & my burger was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive & sweet. While conversing with her my husband mentioned it was my Birthday. The bill was brought over & our waitress said to me: Happy Birthday, your 2nd drink is on us. Very happy we came upon Phebe's & will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Went there yesterday after a off broadway show. We weren't sure what to think of it when we went In. But the atmosphere was friendly lots of college kids. But didn't bother me and the hubby. Even though it was. Super busy we were taken care of really fast We had fried 🐙 and it was excellent :) everything was delicious our waiter was really nice and friendly and kept bringing me another beer as soon as she saw mine was done but she always asked. Loved this place would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
