My friends and I were looking for a bakery in Harlem this past Saturday when we stumbled upon LASweets bakery. Upon walking inside, we were hit with not only delicious aromas but the sweet sounds of Queen Beyonce. The owners were so nice and kind and whipped us up a chocolate/vanilla cake in 15 min. Let me tell you -- this was one the best vanilla cakes (chocolate frosting) I have ever bought. I am normally super apprehensive about purchasing a cake, being the flavors are normally dry and artificial - but this cake was UNREAL. I highly recommend heading here to purchase a cake or even other treats. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

The most amazing cakes and cupcakes on this side of heaven. This will make you throw your shoe off and run around the house when you taste the mouthwatering cakes. I especially love the red velvet cupcakes and cake. I am originally from North Carolina and these desserts made me think about dinner after church and big momma in the kitchen cooking!! Yes its food for the soul and will comfort anyone and make life a lot sweeter. I love it and Loretta is phenomenal woman of Character and talent on top of all her delicious bake goods. You must come to Harlem to LA SweetsNY before you leave NYC!! Enough Said (mic drop)���
