My daughter had an online examination from 10 am to 11 am at home, Pasadena. And she would have a lab lesson at Scripps Institution at La Jolla starts at 1:30 pm. That means we only have 2 and half hours to drive all the way from Pasadena to La Jolla and we need lunch. The routes normally take 2 hours once the traffic is normal, but we had taken almost 4 hours. I calculated the timing and found that this Wendy's will be the best point in the middle to have something to eat.
I have never been to Wendy's before even I always think the little girl icon on the roof is cute. I didn't see any beef cheeseburger on the menu, we both got the Big Bacon Cheddar, which has crispy bacon and a fried chicken breast. The Chicken was tender and juicy, we both agreed it was much better than imagination. My daughter said the whole burger was a little salty but I felt ok.
Great fast service. We decided to dine in and really enjoyed our nuggets, burgers, salads and chili. It was nice to get everything we asked for including the sauces we asked for. With the amount of food we ordered they could have easily forgot something but they did not. We will be back for sure! Thank u Wendy's for such great service 👌
