I just read your reviews, as your “Customers Do Not”, quite understand, how to order, nor that time is regulated by the hours, in which you are in business.
I clearly feel that the negative reviews are by those whom, perhaps were not aware of your hous(?the 11 o’ clock issue). It is more often than not, that the amount of egg drop soup I noted, was perfectly filled! I agree, with you, if you ask for some else, you must pay for “ something else”. Restaurants are not Free Food; especially Chinese Restaurants.
I just wanted to make a point on behalf of the negatively, on the part of your ungrateful Customers.

Ordered over 100 worth of food for a family gathering, waited almost two hours for delivery those is after I had to call and check on it three times. Was glad to finally get the food as we were all starving only for one of us to find a small rubber band in the food. Gross so go somewhere else this is no good.
Super reasonable prices and lightning fast service during lunch and very nice on the phone. The food was amazing and they will be my go to Chinese food lunch place.
