Alex is dedicated to making the best food and spring rolls with the freshest and best ingredients. I remember him sourcing his rice paper directly in Asia. Healthy and fresh, the way you wanna go.

I recently had a tofu spurrito at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. When I told the people working in the truck that I had celiac disease, and ask them to change their gloves, not only did they change their gloves, but they made sure to take every step possible so that I could have a safe food experience. I'm glad to say that I REALLY enjoyed my food and didn't get sick. This is a super rare experience, and we will definitely be eating spurritos again.
