I've been coming to this Starbucks for years. Today Kev reminded me why I love Starbucks culture. He was so polite, knowledgable, and his energy was amazing. I wanted something pretty, tasty and new. The drink recommended, made me feel like he read my mind. My experience today has been the best! Thanks Kev. (And to the ladies who made my drink thank you!!)
Check the time to see how busy it's going to be before planning a stop here. I seem to be getting there at the wrong time and waiting half an hour just to order in the car queue. But the beverages and the barista are always worth the wait in the end. They've been cheerful and happy regardless of the probably impatient guests. Way to keep it up!!
I just want to take the time and recognize Bridgette from this location I ordered on the incorrect store was already late and very stressed out. She was able to accommodate my order and was very caring. This is what customer service is all about Thank you Bridgette amazing and caring
