The young man working did a great job. I placed the order online. I received a call from him and was informed they were out of 2 ingredients for the sandwiches I ordered. Let me know my options. In today's world, most people would have taken the easy route and made the sandwiches and hoped I never caught the different ingredients. He did a great job. This was on - 11-12-23, about 9pm. GREAT JOB young man!
Clean & tasty but inflation is a joke. Where are the meat slicer they've been advertising.. Killer staff. Very friendly. Like the guy with green hair and the awesome Hispanic woman. Shes a sandwich master and he as well.
I have been a regular customer at this Subway location since I moved into the neighborhood and I have to say that the team and manager are amazing. Despite some negative reviews, I have always found the staff to be professional and entertaining, thanks to the head manager, Freddy. His level of customer service is unparalleled and it is clear that he takes great pride in ensuring that every customer is satisfied. As someone with general management and management counseling experience, I can confidently say that Freddy's leadership is a major contributor to the positive experience I have had at this Subway location. I now find myself coming to this location twice a week, and sometimes even more, simply because of the exceptional service I receive. Overall, I highly recommend this Subway location for anyone looking for a delicious sandwich and top-notch customer service. Five stars!
