Food is fine I mean it's Burger King. I actually am one that prefers the machines to take my order. It's fast and simple. And they have them at both the front counter and a little bit in front of the front counter so really unless you push no one at the front counter actually takes your order you use the kiosk machines. The only thing I didn't quite like is if there's a sign for a 30 minute time limit to eat. When I go there I'm usually trying to relax and I've got my daughter or a friend with me and we don't want to feel that we have to rush through our meal. We did say past 30 minutes and no one said anything to us but they were relatively empty people were not really utilizing the dining room

I must say that customer service goes a long way there was a manager in there by the name of "free" and she really has a beautiful heart and Beautiful soul she was so positive so uplifting and seem to really just be enjoying life that goes a long way even at places like fast food restaurants thank you free your Burger King rocks I hope to see you again!! The food was hot and tasted really good I have no complaints!

I'm not feeling the $1.00 extra for cheese. It made my coupon deal jump up so high I prefer to next time don't add cheese next time. I think .50 is fair. Its like everywhere we turn their's an outrageous fee, and then they ask if u want to leave a tip. I picked up my food. You got paid to cook it and hand it to me. There are so many trickeries today I dont go out. But the overall service here was really okay.
