I ordered pizzas for my daughter's birthday party for pickup. I neglected to note the schedule of events for her party. I actually needed the pizzas an hour and a half later than when I ordered them. The staff at this PJ's was more than amicable about changing my order time and status from carryout to delivery. Plus, that delivery arrived right on time! I wish I had had cash on me at the time the driver--also super friendly--arrived with the pies. Thanks PJ's! Customer Service is not dead!

Their pizza was delicious but I can’t rate five stars because when my Mexican boyfriend walked in, all the workers looked terrified and scared at first. It made him feel uncomfortable that he makes people scared. When all he was trying to do was pick up a pizza. The quality was amazing though I definitely recommend for the food.

I really think A LOT of these reviews are unfair. We’ve ordered from this location many times. The only “problem” we’ve experienced was maybe a longer wait time for delivery but that’s to be expected. Nobody wants a job anywhere right now. Everyone who’s came to my house and delivered me pizza I have always tipped them 20 percent if not more. These people are probably delivering dozens of pizzas in one trip because nobody wants to work right now. A little compassion goes a long way!!! Service here has always been very friendly and helpful.
