In town for a Car Show and had to stop by and try this neat place out.. went inside and the staff was so nice and explained everything to us.. I have to say these are by far the best burgers I have eaten they melt in your mouth.. Loved this Place!!!
Driving cross country with my son, we saw this sign that said Best Burger Joint, we laughed being the cynical NYers that we are! "we have to go check this out" we said. When we got there, we were very excited by the throwback motif of the outside of the building, I mean who doesn't love a Walk Up window!! We decided to walk in, and man it had only 5 stools at the counter, each one was filled with happy people who couldn't wait to converse about where we were from, and why we picked to stop there. What a welcoming place! The owner and cooks could not have been nicer! We ordered the 6 pack, which came with a soda and a bag of chips.
We sat outside at the well maintained tables and talked about how great this "joint" really was. Here is the kicker, I am a vegetarian of over 40 years, but since this was my first Xcountry trip with my son, I had to experience the burger, I can tell you without hesitation it was delicious, and my son, a carnivore, loved it. Definitely worth a quick stop! We will be back!
Place is awesome,the burgers are the best,the best part is the experience...it's a small place, just stools at counter,but u interact with each other...good conversation,it's got a old fashion feel to it...love it been coming for years
