I worked with Tula on building a gym at my house, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Luis worked with me to create a space with the exact features I wanted, and kept the project under budget (no easy feat, in my experience). Luis and his team were highly professional, communicative, and responsive to whatever questions and concerns came up for me. He was great to work with, and I will absolutely seek out Tula's services again on any future home projects.
I am a Seattle real estate broker. I contacted Luis/Tula because my client announced that she wanted to put her house for sale in one week. Her property was in bad condition on the exterior of the house and yard. Luis responded very quickly and met my client and I on site to see the scope of the work to be accomplished. He was great to make suggestions on how to best approach the many projects needing to be done in only 3 days(window cleaning, painting, repairs, patching of drywall). He organized his best guys to come out and take care of all the projects and they worked effeciently and they were hard working. All of the efforts paid off when I listed the property and received an offer from a buyer to purchase the property in only 4 days of being on the market! The offer was substantially over the asking price and waived all contingencies! It was valuable working with Luis and his crew!

Tula Special Project/ Luis Saga, has consistently done a fabulous job for us - from small projects to larger remodel type projects. Workmanship is of the highest quality with the bonus that Luis is a design-builder so that he has a great eye for detail and design and makes great suggestions for fixtures or whatever is needed. Luis is professional, personable, knowledgeable and reliable. In fact, I live in a different state than my property and have called Tula over a number of years to make repairs and updates. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
