The ingredients are always looking really fresh, especially compared to other Subway shops. Everyone who works here is really nice!
The food is decent (it's Subway), and the staff are friendly. However, recently they have begun to take mobile orders. They only keep one person on staff it seems. The last few times I have come here, I have had to wait quite a while to start my order (and so have the people behind me). The mobile orders take priority, which only exasperats the problem.
I have no problem with the location having an increase in orders. However, if the work increases, the number of workers needs to as well.
EDIT: Recently, they have had 2-3 workers there during busy times. So the main complaint I has has been resolved.

They dont answer ths phone. Line is not busy they just refuse to pick up and their app gives an unknown error and closes out the order, charges you anyways, and then acts like nothing happened. The Subway app has no support contact options so your bank has to handle it
Update: They got back to me and agreed to give me the same thing no charge next time to make up for the double charge. Unfortunately the corporate number is a dead end so I'll be paying with cash in the future to avoid these technical problems.
