First time I write a review here in Google.
I was the only person that showed up to class and Diane still hosted it, which goes on to show how passionate she is about her craft. She even fed me all the dishes we made! She will not only teach how you to cook, but she will also tell you where to get the best ingredients which is also important. Her classes are good for people of all levels, even for donkeys that can't cook like myself! Diane is friendly, energetic, charismatic and has a strong passion for food and cooking. Strongly recommend her. If you got a date or a foodie friend, this is the place to go.
A fantastic experience, period. Connected with her and the class as a whole so much. I’m not being dramatic when I say my creativity was sparked again for my passion of cooking. Cooking can heal the body if done correctly and she portrayed that with her passion of cooking. The stories she tells and the knowledge she has about food makes me want more knowledge. I was craving all her tips and tricks by the end of the class. She knows what she is doing. A good hands one experience. Walked away with a smile. Learned many new things and also relearned a few things with a different approach. Very enjoyable evening. Wish I could take all her classes.
We will absolutely be returning to Diane's for another cooking class! The menu was so unique and all the ingredients were local to the PNW. After making hors devours, we learned how to make Northern style Italian lasagna bolognese with homemade pasta. Throughout the evening, Diane shared fascinating stories while her assistant helped serve local wines. It was a very memorable evening and learned so much.
