My wife and I have been here about four times and have never had a bad experience. The food has always been on point and the service is excellent. The most recent time we were there was yesterday for our 10th anniversary. As always it was excellent service and delicious food. The espresso rubbed fillet and sea scallops are some of the best I’ve ever had. I am quite the foodie and I have been to a lot of really good restaurants and I would put this up against any of them. We love this place and everyone that works there and highly recommend it :-)
My first time visiting tonight. David our server was the greatest, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure the food came out hot and on time. He made great suggestions with your likes of particular foods. He also made sure our water and coffee was continually filled. Now the food: Our appetizer: the lobster bites, we're tender in a delicate batter, mouth watering. My entree, the Chilean Sea Bass, seasoned well and the bouliabase was so flavorful. Hector had the Braised Short ribs and they were melt in your mouth tender. Our dessert Tres Leches cake was a bit dense but the sauces made it much better. Hector said we should of tried the Banana foster. Maybe so, but overall a great experience and the ambiance so relaxing it allowed you to truly enjoy such an awesome dinner. A wonderful upscale experience in fine dinning.
Atmosphere is best in industry by far! Dinner selection is stellar at minimum....We went for a birthday celebration and were well tended to...prices are right in line for the service, setting, and food...if you want the best in Toledo, you head to The Chop House...if you want to wow an audience, do not miss this opportunity!
