Excellent customer service. The employee that greeted me last night as very kind and friendly. The pizza was excellent. I redeemed my rewards which were relatively quick to earn and paid $0.00 for the entire purchase. No tax. No service fee. Just free delicious pizza and customer service with kindness. I would say this is the best overall experience I've had at any Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut offers a wide selection of pizzas to choose from. Whether you prefer your crust to be 'thin 'n crispy', 'hand-tossed', 'original pan', or 'stuffed with cheese', they have what you want.
Surprisingly, their offerings of Chicken Wings (traditional bone-in vs. boneless) is pretty darn good. I found it better than competitors Wing Stop and KFC.
The former place poorly coated the wings and it was greasy. The latter gives you miniature wings. (Their wings are only 2-1/2" size, while Pizza Hut's are 3" size. Surprise, surprise. Not all wings are the same size, but they charge you just the same. (Imagine being charged for a dozen "Large" eggs, but getting 'Medium" size eggs instead, for the same price.)
At Pizza Hut, the "Lemon Pepper Dry Rub' on traditional bone-in wings is excellent and my favorite.
Service was quick, staff was cordial, took a veggie pizza with cheese breadsticks....it tasted good...no waiting place nor dine in.
