Had the House fried rice. It was most excellent! I will definitely be back for more. The sweet tea was hardly sweet enough and I had to send it back and just drink water. The decor was beautiful and the soft music in the background was welcoming and restful. Every booth had chips and sweet and sour sauce just sitting out on the table.... For who knows how long? I would shy away from that but otherwise this is a great place to eat.
Really enjoyed Liang's in Tyler.
My wife and I are visiting and felt like a light and scrumptious Chinese meal for lunch and found this place. Very nice ambiance, and the service was outstanding, I had chicken lettuce wraps and egg drop soup that was extremely fresh tasting and presented very well. My wife had broccoli and shrimp with white sauce and said it was very good ("10 stars"). We spoke with the proprietor and she says her cheese cake is wonderful, however we are going to have to take her word for it because we did not have room for desert. Went here for anniversary. My husband and I went to Liangs for the first time yesterday. I've lived in the area for 33 years and this is my first time! I really wish I had gone sooner. The decor was lovely, our waiter was great and was very knowledgeable about the menu. I am glad we went for lunch though. The prices seemed a little high on the dinner menu but lunch was just right, especially if the portion at dinner was the same size as the lunch. The portions are small compared to other places but I feel the quality is better. Plus you get soup, an eggroll and rice on top of it so its filling either way. Needless to say everything was wonderful and our 12th anniversary was very special!
